Ad hoc individual sessions are also available.
The programme is completely flexible, with every session centred on your concerns at the time. These may include expectations of motherhood, your birth story, communication and relationships with partner and parents, parenting style, sleeping, feeding, weaning, childcare, or returning to work.
Coaching sessions can be done at your home if you are in the Guildford area, or over the telephone wherever you are in the country. Sessions can fit in around you and your baby’s day, including “after bedtime” sessions in the evenings.
