Life coaching is not like counselling. It is focused on the present rather than the past – what’s happening in your life now as a new mother, what all your options are, what your goals are, and how you are going to get there.
It’s about doing and making positive changes, including changing the way you approach things, rather than just talking.
As the Mother Mentor, I don't give you advice or information, tell you how you 'should' do things, or share my experiences (although as a mother myself, I know what it's like!). I will support you by asking powerful questions to help you work out for yourself the right answers for you, your baby and your family.
